Terms and Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Bookings are accepted only for the party named, and are not transferable.

2. Persons under 18 years only by special arrangement.

3. The number of persons including children staying in the caravan must not exceed the stated number of births (5).

4. If the balance of the holiday is not received 28 days before commencement date, we reserve the right to reallocate the caravan.

5. All holidays cancelled 28 days or less before the commencement date remain liable for full payment, at the discretion of the owners.

6. Clients are responsible for the cleanliness of the caravan interior, all breakages and thefts.

7. Caravanonthesevern.co.uk is absolved from all liability for accidents to persons hiring the caravan and their guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to their personal property.

8. Arrival and departure times to be arranged in advance.

9. A set of keys will be forwarded to the hirer before the arrival date, or passed over on your arrival.
The Keys must be returned at the end of the holiday.

10. Pets by prior arrangement only.

PAYMENT

A deposit of £150 for caravan hire, is payable on reservation.

This acts as a reservation deposit initially and then acts as the damage deposit during the hire period

This sum is fully refundable at the end of the hire period provided the caravan is found to be clean and undamaged.

The hirer will be held responsible for any damage or breakages.

We will require the balance 28 days before the holiday start date.

Please note:

The cost of hire is a set fee, with the touring pitch fee added once a site has been selected.

COST

June, July, August and September	£200 per week + Site fees
October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May	£150 per week + Site fees
Weekend's and long weekend’s	£35 per day + Site fees

Note: site fees vary from approximately £10 to £25 per night depending on facilities and location.

Early booking is advisable for most times of the year!
